Third Coast Bank System Upgrade Announcement
Upgrade Weekend: Friday, June 13 - Monday, June 16
We will be upgrading our Online and Mobile Banking digital solutions beginning at 4:00pm CT on Friday, June 13. Our Online and Mobile services will be unavailable or offline during this time and the new, robust services will go live on Monday, June 16 at 8:00am CT.
What This Means For You:
- A More Advanced System: The core operating system stores data, protects your information, and supports daily banking functions such as account opening, posting transactions, and originating and servicing loans.
- A Better Banking Experience: With a variety of advanced tools and features, this upgrade aims to enhance your banking experience with the best possible service.
- A New Online and Mobile Banking Login: You will receive instructions for a new online banking login and guidance for a new mobile banking application.
