Steer Clear of Bank Imposter Scams
Be cautious, scammers may reach out to you through text messages or phone calls, claiming to notify you of 'suspicious activity.' They might even spoof our legitimate support phone number to appear credible. These scammers will try to extract personal information from you, request a payment, or ask you to reverse a transaction. These are bank imposter scams.
Third Coast Bank will never ask you for your Password, PIN, or One-Time Access Code. Our staff will not ask you to send money to 'receive a refund' or 'reverse a transaction.' If you are uncertain, hang up and contact us directly.
